PTP SCADA

PTP SCADA Phase 1 & 2 Expansion Works.

Saftech was awarded a contract work by Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn. Bhd. to upgrade the existing SCADA System for PTP Phase I on 17th January 2003. The location of the project is in Johor Baru.

Scope of works are as follows:-

	Upgrading of existing Workstations and Servers.
	Upgrading of Video display for wall mounted VDU.
	Supply and install Power Quality Monitoring System for Sub-Station.
	Supply and install new RTU station for new Reefer Blocks.
	Graphic modification for relocation works for existing Reefer sockets.
	Testing and commissioning for newly install RTU.
	Supply and install redundancy fiber ring TCP/IP switch (LAN)
	Project Management and engineering works for SCADA.
	Interfacing of SCADA system with existing BAS system.
	Supply and install new control cable and fiber optic cables.

Works is expected to start around middle of January 2003 and expects to be completed by end April 2003.

This works is done in collaboration with our associate company IATECH Software Sdn. Bhd. who handle the SCADA system.
